Shipping & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Warrior Label will gladly accept exchanges of full-priced items, but does not accept returns.
We want you to be happy with your Warrior garment(s). Should you not be completely satisfied, Warrior Label will be happy to exchange your unwashed and unworn full-priced items for a period of 30 days from the original shipping date.
In order to process your exchange, please send an email to email@example.com with the header “Exchange” and the original order number. In that email please include what items you are you are wanting to return and what items you want in exchange. In order to facilitate an exchange, the new garment(s) must be of equal or greater value to your original purchase. If your new garment(s) are of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
Next, pack the items including your return name and address and original order number in the package and mail it to Warrior Label/ 5 Patina Point SW/ Calgary, AB/ T3H 3J7.
Please allow 2 business days once the package has been received by us for the exchange to be processed. You will be notified by email once we send out the new garment(s).
Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept any costs associated with returning the original garment(s) for exchange. Warrior Label will assume the subsequent shipping costs for shipping out the exchanged item(s).
